A true OG, Julio has been with Tacolicious since its inception, starting as a dishwasher and working his way up. A native of Jalisco, he is known for his grandfather's birria which has graced our menu. 

In his next life he'll be: "The same person with the same family and the same job. I wouldn't change anything."
